What data do you need from us?
We work with whatever you have - typically donor transaction history, contact records, and any campaign/engagement data. If you have a CRM like Salesforce or Infoodle, we can often pull data via API.
How accurate are the predictive models?
Accuracy depends on your data quality and history. With sufficient historical data, our models typically achieve strong predictive power. If your data is not ready for ML, we will tell you honestly.
What is the difference between Donor Clarity and Donor Intelligence?
Donor Clarity gives you visibility - clean data, segmentation, and understanding of what is happening now. Donor Intelligence adds prediction - who will churn, who will upgrade, who might leave a bequest.
Can we start with a Health Check and upgrade later?
Absolutely - that is the idea! The Health Check is designed as a low-risk entry point. Many clients start there, see the value, and progress to Clarity or Intelligence.
